• If a user leaves the quiz midway, no refund will be provided.

2. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but quiz access is not provided:

• The amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental multiple payments:

• Users can contact support with payment proof.

• Valid cases will be refunded.

4. Technical Errors

If the quiz is canceled due to server issues or technical problems:

• Full refund will be provided.

5. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
